Pilot Programmes

To start the helpURself project and to establish best practice which can then be replicated elsewhere, Primary Plus has selected two pilot projects in two of the LIFTCo regions where a new healthcare facility has just been completed. These are:

• Openshaw in Manchester
• Bull Farm in Mansfield
